In addition, this software allows you to also plan the distribution of each element in due time. So you can modify, and plan at your convenience and in real-time. Once your playlist is defined, all you have to do is validate the sending and the screen takes care of the rest. it is also possible to manage and program different reading lists according to the date or time.
Another solution also exists which makes it possible to detach from software and therefore from a dedicated computer. They are cloud management systems. Your screen is identified and protected by a password directly via the screen manager. It is then directly accessible online and you can connect to it anywhere anytime with a pc or a smartphone.
Conclusion
This three-step management system, management software, connection, and content adaptation, is the most common. However, more complex solutions are also possible. In particular thanks to the integration of a complete control room. it thus makes it possible to link complementary tools to the screen.
